For companies and organisations that have traditionally used Microfilm/Fiche services but are considering the benefits of using Document Scanning as a replacement, Microfilm Digitisation is an ideal way to bring together Archive and Current information.

Using specialised scanning equipment we can take the Microfilm/Fiche and make it available from CD/DVD or directly from your computer Network. This form of storage means that you can have the same flexible tailored search options that Document Scanning offers and allows you to create a comprehensive seamless library of Archive and Current information.

During Project and/or Client Development it is sometimes necessary to investigate the history of a particular contract. Although the Microfilm record provides a long term reliable record it is not always easy to access. You may need to access a record whilst on a customer site and therefore the Microfilm record is not available.

By Digitising the Microfilm it is then accessible via E-mail/Internet/Extranet. Microfilm Digitisation will release the information in your archives and make it easily accessible.
