Document Management - Document Scanning

Our Document Scanning Software allows the capture of paper based information and converts it into images that are stored in fully searchable databases. The databases can be stored on a network server or alternatively written to removable media such as CD or DVD. If removable media is chosen the information can also be transferred on to the Network but remains fully portable and can be accessed from any P.C with an appropriate reader.

It is possible to store on average approx. 16,000 A4 documents on a single CD!
Just think, you could remove all those paper based files and recover valuable office space.

Another important consideration is Disaster Recovery. If an accident were to occur and your company lost all of it's paper based information how quickly could it recover that information and resume normal service to it's customers? Or would it simply go out of business overnight!
