Shared Ownership Scheme
To meet the administration needs of the Shared Ownership Initiative (also known as the Shared Ownership Scheme).
This extranet application software administers the application process including the screening of applications against agreed criteria (Key worker status, etc.) and works across District and Borough Council borders so that people matching the criteria but are outside the boundaries of the Colchester borough or district area can also be added to the query.
